The Replacement Motor with Mounting Plate for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC379608 that you mentioned will work with your Kwikee 28 Series Single Steps # LC3747451.
This motor will work with Kwikee steps manufactured from 1999-2006, and also includes the mounting plate, 2-wire plug, and installation hardware.
Since you're already replacing the motor, I recommend checking out the motor upgrade kit # LC379769 as well.
This kit features an upgraded motor with 40% more torque, a fully-sealed gearbox with brass ball bearings that ensures consistent alignment and will increase performance, reliability and longevity.
