Where Should The King Pin Be Located When Installing The B&W Companion 5W Hitch?

Question:
Installing bandw champanion 5th wheel hitch on 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 long bed dually. Should the kingpin be located over the rear axle or 2” behind? Just not sure of proper setting.

Since you have the OEM prep package, you're going to want to set your B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3710 slightly in front of your axle.
