Question:
I need to connect my 2022 Toyota Highlander without towing package to a trailer that has the Tekonsha Prodigy RF wireless brake controller installed on it. What parts do I need to buy from e-trailer? Thank you,

When it comes to plugging into the Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless brake controller there is a couple different wires you will need.
First you will need to install The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK99FR this will give you a 4-flat connector. It will make it to where your trailer's stop, turn, and taillights mirror your vehicle's stop, turn, and taillights.
Next you will need The Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7L. After installing the 4-flat connector above the # ETBC7L includes everything you will need to install the electric trailer brake controller and 7-way connector on your 2022 Toyota Highlander.
You will have to connect the 4 flat of the # ETBC7L to the 4 flat of the # TK99FR. There will then be four extra wires you will have to splice in to activate the brakes on your 2022 Toyota Highlander.

What wire does the red wire from the P3 attach to the brake switch on a 2022 EXL? Do I need a diode in this line? Thx Scott
