Nope, the switch does not automatically return to center after activating it with the Pollak toggle switch you asked about, which is the following part number:
- Pollak Heavy-Duty Toggle Switch - SPDT- On-Off-On # PK34218
The toggle of the # PK34218 will stay in the position you switch it to instead of returning to center.
