Question:
My bedroom slide has a tuson 18:1 Motor but it seems to be over worked. I see that the tuson has been pretty much replaced by the venture im looking for a motor and gearbox with Driveshaft my question is can I replace mine with a 28:1 and it would have more torque and possibly work better?

For your trailer, I actually recommend sticking with a 18:1 ratio motor like # LC125802 & the Replacement 18:1 Venture Motor and Driveshaft with Right Angle Gear Box # LC117292 over a 28:1 ratio motor like # LC136373.
Reason being, is that you will get more torque out of a 28:1 ratio motor, but it will be slower than an 18:1 ratio motor.
For your older Tuson motor, you can use Replacement 18:1 Tuson Motor for Lippert Through-Frame Slide-outs # LC125802 for just the motor, or the Replacement 18:1 Venture Motor and Driveshaft with Right Angle Gear Box # LC117292 which also has a drive shaft and a right angle gear box.
