Question:

Does any part of the bumper or trim need to be cut or trimmed for a reciever trailer hitch to be installed on a 2022 rav 4?

According to the instructions (and the linked install video) for the Curt # C13416 Class III hitch, no fascia or bumper trimming is necessary, as you can see in the photo I provided.

If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # C56434, a ball mount like # 2753 and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
