Adapter for Industry Standard 5th Wheel Rails on a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD w/ Factory Pucks

Question:

We recently purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, crew cab, regular box, with an Alaskan package and the gooseneck/5th wheel prep package. The hole pattern for the pucks are roughly 13inch front to back and 22inch left to right. Will this adapter fit?

Thank you so much for the pictures and congrats on the new truck! Yes, the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR will fit your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500's factory puck system. These rails have a 25,000 lbs capacity so they should easily work with your 5th wheel hitch so long as it is compatible with industry standard rails. I have linked a review video below.

These will NOT work with a B&W Patriot Slider hitch.
