For your boat trailer with 3,500-lb axles, you can use the:

-Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3, for replacement hub and drums that also includes inner bearings, outer bearings, races, grease seals, grease caps, wheel bolts, and lug nuts.

As far as using electric brakes in the water, it's generally not a good idea for the simple fact that water and electricity do not like each other.

In this case, Hydraulic brakes are much better suited for your application.

However, if you still did want to use electric braking assemblies, the Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # AKEBRK-35R for the right hand, and # AKEBRK-35L for the left hand will also work for you, just before you back into the water make sure that you disconnect your brakes.
