Will product work on my golf cart with stock tires and wheels ? I load it crossways on my aluminum car trailer.

Yes it will; a golf cart is absolutely compatible for use with the Erickson tie-down kit you asked about, which is the following part number:
- Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit w/ Ratchet Straps and Wheel Chocks # EM09160
You just need to ensure your tires are between 10" and 30" in diameter, which the vast majority of golf cart tires are going to be, but I do recommend double-checking just to be on the safe side.
