To add a gooseneck hitch to your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 you are going to want the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5W Hitch item # BWGNRK1019-5W. The underbed install kit gives you the gooseneck hitch plus the added option for a 5th wheel hitch if you ever need one.
Please note this will not fit the carbon bed models.
To make towing with a gooseneck easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C53CR. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your gooseneck trailer easier and more convenient.
