Can Dutton-Lainson 15850 Brake Winch Use 1/4 Inch Cable
Question:
Im thinking about buying a dutton-lainson B2500DL15850 winch for my boat lift. Ill be lifting about 1800lbs. I have a 1/4 inch stainless steel cable. Can this cable be used with this winch?

Yes, so long as your 1/4" cable is not longer than 45 feet, you can use it with the Dutton-Lainson B2500DL15850 winch, which is the following part number:
- Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch w/ Automatic Brake # DL15850
If your cable is too long then go with the shorter 25 foot Hand Winch Cable with Safety Hook # DL24102.
