Yes, if you are needing 50' for cable I recommend going with the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14881 which is rated for up to 3,500 lbs and is compatible with up to 37' for 3/8" cable or 106' for 7/32" cable.

If you can get by with a 2,000 lb winch then the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14730 is another option as it can take up to 58' of 9/32" cable.

Hello, I see you mentioned that the 2,000 lb is compatible with 58' of 9/32" cable. Will the model DL2000A fit 25' of 1/4" wire?

@Dawn Great question! A 9/32" cable is actually just slightly thicker than a 1/4" cable/wire so you'll easily be able to load it up with 25' of cable/wire!
