This unit measures 37 x 7-3/4 x 19-1/2 inches tall; I suggest that you double-check the fit using these measurements. You can take a quick check of your truck bed dimensions at the passenger-side wheel well to confirm that this unit will fit to your satisfaction.

I have linked the installation instructions for your review. Tools required for installation include a 3/8-inch wrench, 7/16-inch socket, a drill with 5/32-, 3/16- and 1/4-inch bits, scissors and a Philips screwdriver.
