There are disc brake kits for your 7,000 lb axle that you can get which include 9/16" wheel studs. You have your choice of kits with a raw finish (for freshwater corrosion resistance), dacromet finish (for freshwater and saltwater corrosion resistance), or dacromet and stainless steel finish (for the best overall fresh and saltwater corrosion resistance):
- Dacromet: Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HRCM1337-9DAC
- Dacromet & Stainless: Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR79DS
Each of these kits come with the calipers, mounting brackets to fit a 5-bolt brake mounting flange, mounting bolts, and 13" hub & rotor assembly with an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern; the hub & rotor do have the 9/16" wheel studs that you are looking for.
The kits also come with the hub races, but not the grease or oil seal, or the wheel lug nuts. For that you'd need one of the following, depending on if you use grease or oil for your hubs:
- Grease: Bearing Kit # DBRKHW89G
- Oil: Bearing Kit # DBRKHW890
