What size trailer frame will this fit? My frame is 8

The frame brackets of the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution # BLU35FR that you referenced were designed to fit up to 6 inch tall frames. Since you have an 8 inch tall frame you could use the holes of the brackets as a template and drill holes through the frame and attach them like that instead.
