Question:
I need to order a new leveling kit for the 5th wheel plate and a new shock absorber

I took a look for a replacement shock absorber, and a new leveling kit for your B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3305, and unfortunately the leveling kit, as well as the shock absorber are only offered part of the:
-Replacement Head Assembly for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVC3006.
So since you need those parts, your best option is to install a new head assembly. I know this isn't what you're wanting to do, however this the best solution at this time.
