I need bearings and seals for this axle and not sure which ones Lippert 3500lb LCI35-DTBSA-94-72-OD-ZERO-LPIB-L-545-18PT

We have exactly what you need for replacement bearings, races, and grease seal for your Lippert 3,500 lb axle, which is the following kit:
- Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and Al-Ko Axles - 3,500 lb # BK2-100
You'll need one of the # BK2-100 per hub (so two kits per axle), and I did verify this with Lippert for you.
