Yes, we do sell a hitch for your 2018 Audi S5 Coupe. It is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11448. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Audi with included hardware. It has a 1-1/4" receiver and is the only hitch available for the Coupe model.

To add a 4-flat connector to control your trailer or accessories wiring harness you will want the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit item # 119250KIT. This kit does not require cutting or splicing wires.

For a ball mount you'd need the Draw-Tite Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
