Would the product named above hold up to pulling an equipment trailer with 200 or 300 lb. tongue weight Im guessing and payload of 9,500lbs. when loaded? Is this the best product to stop the rattling of the hitch?

Yes, the Curt Anti-Rattle Kit for Hollow Shank # C69HR will hold up when pulling your equipment trailer. This will only work on ball mounts for a 2" receiver with a hollow shank.
I feel the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II # BX88224 is the best for durability. It will also allow you to use a Hitch Lock # 1469DAT to secure your ball mount if you prefer to leave it in your receiver.
