The picture shows one with a hand twist and one with a 1/2 or ?? nut style. Can I get both with a nut style twist and not the hand twist.

-Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders # WM8029135.
This valve extender has a 135° bend which will be easier to use more bulky or stiff air chucks because of the decreased angle, and has the nut on either end like you mentioned.
