Have Step Through Ebike, Will one of the frame hooks go down far enough to catch the bottom of this bike

It looks like you are asking about the Swagman Current Bike Rack # S64678. With your particular step-thru frame style, while we cannot confirm with certainty if the hooks on the rack are short enough to attach to the V at the bottom of your frame, it most likely is too short. We have also not seen a step-thru bike with the V that low that has worked with the Current's hooks without an adapter.

For that reason, we strongly recommend a bike frame adapter bar # 64005 for your bike. Also, since the bike frame adapter bar provides a more optimal mounting location higher on your bike, this location is more secure than on the V.
