I have a really great suspension enhancement kit that fits your 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 but none of the air bag kits fit since they install in the same place as the mounting brackets of the air bag kits. So instead I would recommend the RoadActive Suspension kit part # RAS3614-HD which gives you easily adjustable support, installs easier than air bags, requires less maintenance, and also improves ride quality and handling while other options are known to make it harsher.
