Yes, the Saris Bones 3 Bike Rack # SA801BL will fit your 2016 Volvo XC70.
Please note if any of your bikes is a kids bike or doesn't have a horizontal top tube then you'll need an adapter bar like part # TH982XT to fit the bike onto the arms of the rack and hold it level.
