I have 2 old thule roof mounted bike racks with the channel attachment system I has the Washer Plate which would fit like a Thule Echelon system The factory installed cross bars are too wide. Will this attachment work? Item # THXADAPT9

When it comes to mounting your Thule bike rack to your crossbars The Thule Load Bar Adapter for Peloton and Echelon Bike Racks # THXADAPT9 will work for you in you have a Peloton or Echelon bike rack and are attaching to the Thule load bars with channels (AeroBlade, AeroBlade Edge, Rapid Aero, or Xsporter truck rack.
The Thule Xadapt1 Rapid Aero, AeroBlade and Xsporter Load Bar Adapter # Xadapt1 will adapt your Thule roof-mounted bike rack (Th590, Th590R, or Th594) for use on your Thule Rapid Aero or AeroBlade roof rack system. It will also adapt your bike rack for use on a Thule Xsporter truck-bed rack (TH421 or TH422).
