Can I Use My 2 Square Load Bars to Mount 2 Hullavators on My 2019 Honda Pilot w/Naked Roof?

From the measurements you provided, it sounds like you have similar square crossbars like the 65" Inno Square Crossbars # INB165. While we have a solution for you, you won't be able to use the your square load bars because none of our roof rack manufacturers make feet and fit kit that is compatible with a bare roof on a 2019 Honda Pilot. Even if we had those parts, you would need a minimum of 72 inches of crossbar space in order for the required crossbar length for the 2 Hullavators # TH898.

Although, we do have a perfect roof rack that will do the trick. For that rack, I recommend the following parts:

With this setup, you get a long and versatile roof rack system with plenty of length needed to attach your 2 Hullavators. Since your width of your 2019 Honda Pilot measures 78.6" wide with the mirrors, your bars won't extend past your mirrors, which can be both extremely dangerous and illegal in some municipalities. You will also have the required 4-8 inches past the feet in order for the Hullavator to go in the downward loading position.

One important thing to note is weight capacity. Since the Yakima roof rack provides you with 165 pounds of maximum weight, you will only have 85.9 pounds of available weight of your kayaks once you factor in the 79.4 pounds of carrier weight of both Hullavators.
