Question:
I have a 2006 Lexus IS 250 sedan. I have a curt receiving hitch and an Allen 532RR bike rack. Will this locking hitch pin be tough enough against theft? Im worried about the integrated crank. How sturdy is that? That it would get popped off

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 1-1/4" Hitches - Flush - 2-1/8" Span - Chrome # e98879 fits 1-1/4-inch hitch recievers and provides protection against theft. While any lock or anti-theft device will provide a degree of protection, a determined thief with enough time can defeat even the best systems. Please take a look at the attached video that does a great job explaining why this lock is a good choice.
You might also consider the # e98891 cable lock that goes through the chain loops of your hitch receiver. This ,very visible, extra level of security could deter a thief from even trying.
Please note one thing that may pertain to your Hitch. The Curt Class I hitch we offer for your Lexus IS-250, part # C11372, happens to be a 1-1/4-inch receiver size which is suited for light-duty use with accessories such as your Allen bike rack. I mention this since the Curt limited lifetime warranty on this particular hitch requires that non-trailer loads such as bike racks be steadied with a stabilizing strap # 18050. Also, please note that a Class I hitch is rated to carry only 2 bikes, even if the choice of carrier has more capacity. The two linked articles will cover these concerns for you in detail.
In your case the 23-lb Allen 532RR rack holds three bikes; if you have a Class I hitch (this will be indicated on its safety/warning sticker) then you should load only two bikes at a time and position them on the innermost sets of cradles. Again, if your Curt hitch is a Class I hitch you must also use their stabilizing strap to retain your warranty coverage.
