I would be happy to help you find a hitch for your 2012 Ford F-150. Since your 2020 Coachmen 194BHS Apex Nano weighs over 2,500 lbs you will also need a brake controller. Since your F-150 did not come with a hitch I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 13368. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your trucks frame with included hardware.
For your brake controller you will want the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller item # 90195. This is a proportional brake controller that activates your trailer brakes in proportion to your vehicle's braking action. It automatically adjusts the trailer's braking based on deceleration of your vehicle.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
If you need a weight distribution system you will want the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Round item # FA94-00-0800. This will match the tongue weight of your Coachmen Apex Nano perfectly.
