What hitch would work with a 2022 Outback Wilderness? I want it completely hidden or hidden the most.

Our most hidden hitch for your 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e25TR. This hitch is custom fit and attaches behind the bumper cover with included hardware. The only visible portion of this hitch is the 2" x 2" receiver. I have linked an installation video from a similar hitch item # C67JR so you can see the process. I have also attached a picture of what this hitch will look like after it is installed.

The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit item # 391SUOB20T you were looking at does not fit the Wilderness model of the 2022 Subaru Outback.

For a wiring harness to control your trailer or accessories lighting functions I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118467. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop.
