Will Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack Work on Truck With Bed Cap

Question:

I have an ARE bed cover/cap on my truck. The bed is 6.5 feet long. Will I be able to stand my bike up under the cover/cap and close the door to the cap/cover? Thank you.

A truck bed cap/cover will not interfere whatsoever with the Thule truck bed bike rack you asked about, which is the following part number:

The Insta-Gater # TH93VR stands just 6-5/8" tall, so it won't have any contact with the top of your truck bed cap. That said, I don't have any way of knowing how tall your bike is to know if you can stand it up, so you'd need to measure the height from the floor to the bed cap and then measure the height of your bike to see if it will fit. My guess is there won't be any issue at all, but I can't know for sure without those dimensions.
