Expert Reply:
The correct frame mounted hitch will depend on the width of the frame on your Jayco 23RLSW. This is something you will need to measure to ensure that you get the correct hitch.
If you get a measurement between 18" to 51" wide then you can use the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13702.
If you get a measurement between 22" to 72" wide then you can use the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703.
If you are still needing a bike rack the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack # Y36FR is a bike rack rated for use on a travel trailer that can hold two bikes weighing up to 40lbs. per bike and features a ramp to help get your bikes loaded.
