Question:
I have water in the tank and it heats up in tank but will not come out to the taps. Any ideas

If you're sure that your Atwood water heater # DMC74FR is actually heating up the water but you're not getting hot water at your faucets then you must have a shut off valve somewhere in line from the water heater to the faucets.
If the water isn't actually heating up then the regulator is most likely the issue and needs to be replaced.
In my personal opinion, since Atwood has been dissolved into Dometic I recommend replacing the water heater altogether with a tankless option like the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR. This heater has over six times the BTU rating of your current heater and is much more efficient with a much higher hot water GPM as well.
