I am needing a ball and rod kit for the flusher on a model 311 rv toilet.

I do have an option for you but these parts are not offered as a replacement for this mode unfortunately. Therefore, your best option is a full replacement, the Dometic 311 Part-Timer RV Toilet part # DOM77FR for tan or part # DOM67FR for white. These will be direct replacement units.
