Question:

I got a Volterra A77051 69846 12 x 21 RV door glass with black frame from your Company, last week. I thought it was going to come with a seal. Where can I get one. If I cant get a seal the window does me no good at all and I will have to throw it away. Please rush. I have no widow in my RV now.

The Valterra frame and glass you refer to, # A77051 does not include the seal, it is the frame, glass, and mounting hardware as stated on the product page. I recommend you use Alpha Systems Butyl Tape for RV Weatherproofing, # AL28FJ as this creates a long-lasting, weatherproof gasket to fill gaps between your RV's outer hull and the mounting points for vents, windows, and doors.

The Lippert Replacement Window Frame with Seal for RV Entry Doors, # LC363370 is for glass dimensions of 12" wide x 21" tall that includes the frame, glass, and seal.
