Since your Jayco Eagle 321RSTS has a Rhino Box pin box installed on it the best way to improve the ride quality is the Curt Flex Air pin box part # LC65VR. Unlike other options this does a really great job cushioning vertically and horizontally which will give you a much improved ride quality and would be the best option.
You might also consider a fifth wheel hitch with a tighter jaw design to as that helps a lot as well like with the B and W Patriot hitch # BWRVK3255.
