For the Curt Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC176440, Curt recommends to reuse the old hardware that was removed from the original pin box, unless they are damaged or unusable.

The torque spec is dictated by the type of bolt that is used along with the type of metal it is made of. For example, if you have 1/2"-13 grade 5 zinc plated bolts, then the proper torque spec is, 65 ft-lbs.
