I am looking for pickup camper tie downs and have been told the stake pocket mounts are not a good choice on 2000 model ford ,since the box can buckle ,I cant find any frame mout types Pick up camper tie downs for 2000 f350 short box

We can help. If your short bed 2000 Ford F-350 Super Duty has running boards/step underneath the truck bed and a factory installed hitch, use part numbers, # TLF4007 for the front and # TLF3001 for the rear.
If you DO NOT have running boards/step underneath the truck bed, use # TLF2007 for the front but the same # TLF3001 for the rear.
If you have any other configuration than this, please let me know. We have options but factory hitch with either the long or short length running board/steps are the most common set up. If you happen to have an after market hitch installed, we may need to adjust but otherwise one of these two options is what you are looking for.
I recommend using these with the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs, # TLS9529-2-LK.
