Question:

We were wondering though, we have a blue ox tow bar and was wondering if the blue ox base plate BX1136 would work on our vehicle (2018 Jeep Cherokee 4WD)? Or is there a Blue Ox base plate that you recommend, or an adapter so we can hook the tow bar to a road master base plate. When we bought our tow system for some reason they put on a blue ox tow bar and a road master base plate on our former vehicle. Thank you again for all your assistance.

Yep, actually there is both; a Blue Ox base plate that fits your 2018 Jeep Cherokee 4WD, or there is an adapter for your Blue Ox tow bar for the Roadmaster base plates that fit. I verified with Blue Ox that you were correct about the part number of their base plates that fit your '18 Cherokee, which is the following:
