The correct torque rating for a ST205/75R15 tire/wheel will depend a little on whether you have a steel or aluminum wheel but you'll want to stick around the 90-100 ft-lbs range.
For example;
90-120 ft-lbs for Steel Wheel Setup like # LHAW121
90-100 ft-lbs for Aluminum Wheel Setup like # AM10245
Attached is a chart showing the various torque specs for different wheel sizes and makes.
