Do the bike racks come assembled?

Some of the bike racks we carry do come either fully assembled or mostly assembled while others come in pieces and need to be built. The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR you're looking at comes in pieces (mainly larger pieces) so you will need to built it once you get it.
Attached is a photo showing all of the pieces laid out, the instructions, and a review video so you can see what the end result will be.
