I inherited a companion hitch with an RV buts the type for a pick up bed SN85563. My question is, can I just get lower half of small foot print companion hitch to use with my CandM bed. Thanks,

B and W does offer a version of their Companion hitch that was designed for flat bed trucks with the # BWRVK3050 and we do offer just the base rail setup of this hitch with the part # BWRVB3055. Your truck would need to have the Turnoverball gooseneck part # BWGNRK1500 as the hitch and base is not compatible with any other hitch.
