Can I Install the Putco Blade LED Tailgate Light # P24CR over a Tailgate Bracket on a 2021 F-150?

Thanks for the info Bob - it was very helpful. One last question if I may. How does your P24CR kit differ from the standard Putco Direct FIt LED Kit (Ford F150 2021-2022) item # 9202960-13? Your website video shows the P24CR coming with two sets of different size clips to attach the blade which is what I require for my 2021 F150 Platinum Powerboost for it has the included step bracket where the Putco website shows their 9202960-13 product only has one set of clips (the wrong ones I need). I just want to make sure I am selecting the right product before I pull the trigger on the purchase.

Yes. I reached out to my tech at Putco, and he confirmed that the Putco Blade LED Tailgate Light Bar # P24CR can mount right over the extruding support bracket for the tailgate. You will have enough height in order to install the bar over the bracket and still have the tailgate fully functional.

Not a problem! I went ahead and looked up the 9202960-13 on Putco's site and could not find an exact part listing of that LED Light Kit listed. Sometimes the photos of the actual parts included different photos because the manufacturers do not include submodel-specific brackets like the ones required additionally for installation on each vehicle. However, the 9202960-13 is the exact same as our LED Light Kit # P24CR. This kit is confirmed both on Putco and with our installation team to work with your 2021 Ford F-150 with factory LED tail lights. The video that I attached to this answer includes the exact hardware kit you will receive when you purchase from us with the # P24CR. I also went ahead and attached the fitguide from the Putco catalogue to confirm the fitment as well.
