What size thread and length are the four bolts?

I contacted the manufacturer about the 4 bolts for the Handrail for Second Generation 4-Step MORryde Steps # MR73AR. They are 1/4" - 20 x 1 1/2” long – grade 5 zinc coated bolts. The washers are 1/4” grade 2 zinc coated.
