What size is the ball on the mount and what is the plug in the cable used for?

The ball on top of the suction mount of the # FOS05TASF is .85" in diameter.
As far as the cables, 1 cable is used to install the monitor. The 12v plug on the monitor end installs into a cigarette lighter port on your vehicle. I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows this adapter.
For the other cables, 1 cable is used for wiring the camera, and 1 wire is mounted from the housing into the power supply of the camera. The plug on the end of the cable for the camera connects the camera to the power supply plug on the camera's housing. The third and final cable connects the camera system to the power supply of the camera.
I went ahead and attached a second diagram that shows both the camera connector cable and the power supply cable from the housing.
