I have Thule tracks on my camper shell that originally had a Thule Tracker II system on it. I’m looking for a set up like this but with shorter crossbars, somewhere around 50”-54”. Is something like that available?

Rhino Rack has the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks # Y01-130B which fits the Thule tracks you have on your camper shell and is 54 inches in length like you are wanting. This is an aero bar setup but if you prefer the HD bar shape instead you'd want the part # Y01-120B.
