Question:
I added several of these lights. Wired the black wire to the brown hot lead running to my rear running lights. Wired the white to the white ground wire running down the trailer. My tail lights, break lights and blinkers work but none of my side clearance lights are coming on any thoughts?

If there is no corrosion or debris you need to check on the main ground on the tongue of your trailer and make sure that it is connected properly. The clearance lights come on when the running lights come on, and since that is when all the lights are trying to come on, a bad ground could cause some not to work. The ground wire could also not be connected correctly or it could be a weak ground.
Next you should check and see if you are getting power from the vehicle connector to the clearance lights using The Hook Probe Circuit Tester # PTW2993 this will tell you if you have a wiring issue causing power to not make it to the lights. You need to also make sure your headlights are on.
