Question:

Hi, I purchased a 2006 Forest River Georgetown XL Model 326DS class A motorhome and the previous owner left a Falcon 2 6,000-pound capacity tow bar. The tow bar came with the Quick-disconnect crossbar and the associated hardware. I am wondering how to connect the assembly to the Cobalt. I was informed by Roadmaster Customer Service that I needed the Roadmaster Base Plate to Tow Ready Towbar Adapter and Replacement Crossbar for Tracker Towbar Item # RM-025 to connect the tow bar. Is this correct. Thanks,

That's interesting that they recommended the # RM-025 which only is listed as a fit for the Tracker tow bar. Since you have a Falcon tow bar already what you would need is a Roadmaster base plate kit that fits your 2007 Chevy Cobalt like the # 523137-1. If the tow bar you have does not have a crossbar that comes with it you'd also need the # 910021-00.
