According to the owners manual on your 2010 Ford F-150 there is a relay located in the number 6 position as well as a 20-amp mini fuse in position 31 of your engine compartment fuse panel that powers the running lights for the trailer.
A Test Light # PTW2993 can also be used if you find the fuses are good to test the wiring and determine if the Connector # PK11893 needs replaced.
