The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit # C95KR will fit a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD with a 6-1/2' or 8' bed but since you have the 5-3/4' bed we need to look at a different solution for you.
For your application I recommend going with the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP56015-53 because it will be easier to install than the other options plus it's the only kit that requires absolutely no drilling into the frame of your new truck. This also comes with the base rails and hardware needed to install everything where the bracket kit you were looking at did not include the base rails themselves.
If you want something more cost-effective and don't mind drilling into the frame of your truck some then the Demco Base Rails # DM8552034-71 is what I recommend going with. Curt doesn't have a fit for the short bed Chevy pickups.
