Im wiring up my electric brakes, does it matter which wire is + and - on hub magnet?

No it does not matter which wire on the Replacement Trailer Brake Magnet Kit for Dexter and Hayes / AL-KO 10" Trailer Brakes # BP01-110 is used as positive or negative.
