We have a LCI hanger on our left rear hanger. The weld came apart. Which part number will fit?

We have several options and I think we can locate what you need with a little more information provided. Unfortunately we not have the abilty to pull OEM build sheets to identify what part numbers were used to build a Jayco Pinnacle. But we have options such as the Rear Hanger for 2" Wide Slipper Springs, # 30-28 that is 5-1/4" Tall with a 5/16" bolt hole and if you let me know the needed measurements and what size springs you have we can locate a solution. Please note the attached image.
